Mobile Game Support
Responsibilities:
- Join our team on mobile game support and learn extensive knowledge about our mobile game.
- Conduct support for our players both technical and services with fast respond and best quality.
- Identify, research, report, track and verify bugs and fixes proactively and comprehensively.
- Create, participate and manage events or projects for community of players.
- Collaborate with our team to connect and build strong relationships within the Megaxus community.
- Analyze and manage games to maintain stability and enhance performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree (S1), min GPA 2.75 from reputable college or universities, major in any field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
- Customer service hands-on experience with passion and ability to handle customer interaction.
- Great teamwork collaboration mentality and attention to details, with great interpersonal skills and creativity.
- Patience and ability to maintain an endlessly positive attitude when interacting with customers.
- Understanding of games, game development, and related technology.
- Willingness to strive for continuous improvement and constant learning.
- Proficient knowledge of Windows-based business computers and Microsoft Office programs; specifically Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point.
- Ability to communicate effectively using English and Indonesia, both written and spoken.
